HEX, RGB, HSL or OKLCH?

HEX and RGB are the most widely supported and describe the same sRGB colors. HSL is easier to adjust by hand because lightness is a separate value. OKLCH is the modern choice for design systems: it is supported in all current browsers and keeps lightness consistent across hues, so a yellow and a blue at the same lightness really look equally light.
